Swing by the Movement Therapy Foundation booth for a BIG treat—the legendary actor, writer, producer Richard Kiel will be signing autographs and photos for fans at Abilities Expo from noon to 3:00pm on Friday and Saturday, April 9 & 10.
The 7’2” actor is best known as “Jaws,” the relentless, steel-tooth assassin who pursues 007 across multiple continents in The Spy Who Loved Me. Kiel’s character was so popular that he returned in Moonraker only to switch allegiances and help James Bond save the world. It was this role that catapulted him to international fame.
A Hollywood staple for the last 50 years, Kiel has appeared in more than 100 films and TV shows, playing such memorable characters as Mr. Larson on Happy Gilmore and the alien Kanamit in the classic Twilight Zone episode, To Serve Man. He also wrote, produced and starred in the acclaimed family movie, The Giant of Thunder Mountain.
In recent years, Kiel has penned his autobiography, Making it BIG in the Movies, and the biographical historical novel, Kentucky Lion: The True Story of Cassius Clay. He co-wrote the latter with Academy Award winning writer Pamela Wallace.
Kiel looks forward to meeting and speaking with Abilities Expo attendees and we are honored to host such a timeless celebrity.
