The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) is Atlanta's public transportation system comprised of a bus and rail system that connects all parts of Atlanta.
The GWCC is MARTA accessible at two stations.
- The Vine City Station
This station is much closer to Abilities Expo in Hall C4, but is all outdoors and is hilly.
As you exit MARTA, you will see the Georgia Dome. Cross Northside Drive, make a left and follow the sidewalk to the GWCC.
- The Dome/GWCC/Philips Arena/CNN Center Station
This station is on the other side of the GWCC, but may be easier to traverse.
From the station, follow the signs to the GWCC. Take the elevator to the street level (Phillips Drive). Proceed north down the sidewalk adjacent to the Arena until you can see the GWCC. Cross the street and enter the building, which will be the Building B Lobby. Go to the left and follow the signs for Building C.

MARTA is dedicated to making public transportation accessible to everyone, regardless of their disability.
- All 91 bus routes are equipped with wheelchair lifts or kneeling capabilities. They also provide priority seating for senior citizens and persons with disabilities at the front of every bus.
- Each rail station is 100 percent accessible with special, wide faregates for persons with disabilities.
- Escalators and elevators are located between the rail, bus and street levels at each station.
- Each train has a special wheelchair space at one end of each rail car.

MARTA provides ADA Complementary Paratransit Service to eligible persons with disabilities who are, unable to board, ride or disembark from an accessible vehicle in MARTA's regular bus or rail services. Service is provided with special lift-equipped vans on a curb-to-curb, shared ride basis. Certified individuals having a MARTA ADA Photo Identification Card may call the MARTA Mobility Reservation Office at (404) 848-5000 Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on Saturdays, Sundays and holiday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
MARTA Mobility is an advanced reservation service. Same day requests cannot be accommodated. The service is offered on the same days and hours as the regular bus and rail service. Service is restricted to the ADA designated service area within Fulton and DeKalb Counties along a 3/4 of a mile corridor located on each side of all fixed bus routes and in 3/4 of a mile radius of each station. Generally, service hours are from 5:00 AM to 12:30 AM, seven days a week including holidays. However, when a fixed route in a particular area operates on a more limited basis, MARTA Mobility will operate comparable days and hours. The one-way fare is $3.80 per person. Eligible individuals requiring a Personal Care Attendant that has been authorized by a medical professional may travel with the patron with the disability for free.
